The new Speaker, Abraham Ngobere
Abraham Ngobere, the Deputy Speaker of Bayelsa State House of Assembly, has been confirmed the new Speaker of the House.
The former Speaker, Monday Bubou-Obolo, stepped down to pave way for Abraham because Governor Douye Diri is from the same Senatorial District (Bayelsa Central) as he (Bubou-Obolo).
