PORT HAR-COURT—INYE Marshal Harry, son of assassinated Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, key founding member, Marshall Harry, has declared to contest the 2019 Degema-Bonny federal constituency seat in Rivers State.

He said that the public declaration of his aspiration with the All Progressives Congress, APC, at a gathering of party faithful in Obuama, Degema Local Government Area of the state, became auspicious after far reaching and rigorous consultations in the past few months.

“If given the ticket,and eventually win, I will prioritize education, skills acquisition and economic empowerment of our youths and middle aged,” he promised constituents in the area.

Leader of South South APC and Transport Minister, Mr Chibiuke Amaechi, represented by Degema council APC Chairman, Igoma Loveday, assured the aspirant of level playing field in the determination of all candidates to fly the party’s flag in the 2019 elections.
