WARRI—Chairman Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State, Mr Michael Tidi, has graduated with a doctorate degree in Energy Studies with Specialisation in Oil and Gas Economics from the University of Ibadan.

An elated Tidi told newsmen that the PhD was a dream come true, adding that it was his passion for education that was the driving force.

He  urged youths to pursue their great dreams to reality, saying they should not be discouraged midway.

Tidi also spoke of efforts by his administration to strengthen education in his council.
