Developer unveils affordable luxury with units of terraces

Homework Development and Properties Limited, a leading real estate company in Nigeria, has commenced work on one of its new mini estates with units ranging from one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats as well as three and four-bed terraces dubbed Dunvale Court, as part of  its efforts in ensuring provision of affordable luxury property in the country.

The estate, which is located in Lekki area of Lagos, consists of four units of four-bedroom semi-detached apartments, 19 units of four-bedroom terrace apartments and 12 units of three-bedroom terrace apartments.

In addition, the estate which is located on a land mass of over 7,133 square metres also comprises a cluster of eight units of two-bedroom flats and eight units of one-bedroom as well as studio flats with dedicated car parking lot per unit.

Director, Homework Development and Properties Limited, Jide Adekola, an architect, assured that the mini estate, which is currently ongoing and up for sale off plan, would feature innovative architectural designs.

“It will be spacious and cozy. It is tailored to cater for the upwardly-mobile family lifestyle fit for investment and features family-friendly facilities like a gym, garden, playground, swimming pool, central water supply and central sewage system among others,” Adekola  said.

He added that the mini estate will be secured with a three-gate security point, CCTV surveillance to boost security, treated water and a minimum of 18 hours guaranteed power supply.

For easy purchase, Adekola said subscribers could make 40 per cent advance payment with the balance spread over 12 months, pointing out that the off-plan sale for the one-bedroom  apartment is N15,000,000, N25,000,000 for two-bedroom flat, N38,000,000 for three- bedroom terraces, while the four-bedroom terrace apartment is being sold for N48,000,000.
