A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Okpe Local Government Area of Delta State, Hon. Kennedy Raymond Eyube has vowed that his support for President Muhammadu Buhari and the ruling party cannot be compromised.

Eyube, who spoke at Jedo town, shortly after casting his vote at the local government election, noted that no amount of threat or intimidation would make him compromise his membership of APC.

He, however, alleged that there is a plot by some government officials in Okpe to frame him up and make frivolous allegations against him because of his stance and strong support for President Muhammadu Buhari and APC in Okpe local government area.

“The  local  government election was peaceful in Jedo, and as a leader in Jedo, I am appealing to Okpe people, particularly the youths to shun violence and untoward activities capable of threatening the existing peace in Okpe kingdom and the entire Okpe council area. Also  the plot to get me implicated at all cost over things I know nothing about will fail, hence I am putting the security agencies on alert”.
