Olco Multibusiness Limited, a company focused on crowd funding initiative, job search and educational consultancy, has officially opened its office to the Nigerian market.
The company, headquartered in Germany and started operation in 2012, carries out its operation via three subsidiaries, which include Fundmie, Workmie and Olco Study.

Speaking at a media parley to announce the official opening of business in Nigeria, Ms Halimah Ogunsakin, who represented the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Henry Oluoma, stated that the Olco has put a fraud detection system in place to stop people from perpetrating fraud through the platforms.
She explained that the company wants to use the event to create awareness about crowd-funding in the Nigerian market.
According to her, “crowd funding is a platform that is used all over the world and we want Nigerians to understand that we can actually help one another to tackle our funding needs”. She assured that organisations coming to raise funds are certified campaigners, who must have provided the company with all the necessary documentations of proof of existence.
She added that the company works with established brands all over the world to ensure that organisations seeking to raise funds do that successfully.
