THERE was sharp disagreement yesterday between the presidency and Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State as well as the spokesman of the Yoruba socio-cultural organization, Afenifere, Yinka Odumakin on the clamour for restructuring of the country and threat for disintegration.
