Okowa’s aide urges contractors to fasten work on road project

Senior Special Assistant on Communities Liaison to Governor  Ifeanyi Okowa, Dr. Okeimute Okwagbe, has appealed to the contractors handling Okwagbe community roads projects to mobilise themselves and patch the roads.

Addressing newsmen in Ughelli, Delta State, Olorogun Okwagbe, who is also a People Democratic Party, PDP,  chieftain in the state, hailed  Okowa for awarding the construction of Okwagbe road  project and urged the contractors to come to the aid of residents of the communities in Ughelli South LGA  by patching the road to enable the people have access to their various homes.

Okwagbe said that one of the major problems facing Okwagbe community was the issue of failed portion of the road and flood, which had subjected the residents to untold hardship.
