MINISTER of State for Petroleum Resources, Ibe Kachukwu and the Group Chief Executive of Oando PLC, Mr. Wale Tinubu, Thursday clashed at the Senate Public Hearing over alleged planned concessioning of PortHarcourt Refinery.

The United States Diplomatic Mission to Nigeria in collaboration with BudgIT, a local NGO, on Wednesday launched Report Yourself, a web-based platform that leverages citizen engagement to fight corruption in Nigeria.
