BENIN CITY-THE authorities of the Edo State University Iyamho, Edo State, have described as misleading and untrue reports that the Acting Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof. Emmanuel Aluyor, had said the university was an institution for the rich and not for the poor.

In a statement signed by the University’s registrar, Dr (Mrs) Isoken Ogboro, it described the “misleading report as mischievous and one motivated by partisan hegemonistic interests.”
