ASABA—NATIONAL Coalition of Niger Delta Ex-Agitators, NCNDE-A, has lauded Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Pastor Usani Usani, for placing premium on the human and infrastructural development of the region.

Speaking in Ughelli, Delta State, during an enlarged meeting of the coalition, its National President,  Eshanekpe Israel, noted that Usani was the only political appointee from the Niger Delta who is living up to the expectations of the people of the  region.

Describing Usani  as President Muhammadu Buhari‘ s alter ego, he reiterated that Usani is the only “agent of change” among the political office holders from the region who has been able to work on the template of change and accelerated development which the President Buhari – led All Progressives Congress, APC administration epitomises.
