DTHA Speaker, Rep pass confidence vote on  Okowa

SPEAKER, Delta State House of Assembly, Mr. Monday Igbuya, representing Sapele Local Government Area and House of Representatives member, representing Ethiope Federal constituency, Lovette Idisi, have passed a confidence vote on the Delta State Governor Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa.

The lawmakers  who made the assertions at an enlarged meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Delta Central senatorial district, said Okowa’s developmental projects and the Smart Agenda were noteworthy.

Igbuya and Idisi who described Okowa as a vision with a mission to transform Delta state, said his past two years of his administration has given the state a face lift, adding that Okowa’s Smart Agenda programme has engaged teeming youths of Delta into becoming self dependent.

The lawmakers had explained for the past two years of Okowa’s government, that roads in the state have been fixed while a lot of Deltans who had undergo several training through the Smart Agenda of the Okowa administration has been given starter pack to start on their own.

While calling on Delta to rally round the Okowa’s administration, Hon. Lovette Idisi pledged the support of his federal constituency to the administration of Sen. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa come 2019 general elections.

Idisi noted that Ethiope federal Constituency has no other candidate apart from the PDP incumbent governor, Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa, pointing out that his developmental projects speak volume of his administration.
