The Esama of Ukepedi Kingdom, Ughelli, Delta State, Olorogun Okiemute Okwagbe, has commended Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, of the state for awarding the Ekakpamre/Okwagbe communities road project and Owahwa/Otujeremi Road for construction.

Okwagbe, also a People Democratic Party, PDP, chieftain, who spoke to newsmen at the NNPC tower, Abuja, during a stakeholders meeting on the distribution of petroleum products in the downstream sector of the nation’s petroleum industry, noted that what Governor Okowa did was in fulfilment of his electoral promises to Deltans in  general and Okwagbe community in particular.

He described Okowa as a detribalised leader with a vision to make Delta truly great.
