$1.2bn Malabu deal: Shell, Agip to know fate on OPL 245, March 13
The Federal High Court in Abuja, has fixed March 13 to decide whether or not two multinational oil giants, Shell Nigeria Exploration & Production Company Ltd and Nigeria Agip Exploration Ltd, should be allowed to retain ownership of the disputed Oil Prospecting License, OPL, 245, pending their trial over alleged $1.2 billion fraud.
