At the hearing, Aisha, 28, told the court that she got married to her Nuhu sometime in 2014 according to Islamic rite. She said that she had been solely responsible for her up-keep and that of the only child of the marriage since she married her husband about two years ago.
4 dead in suicide attack at mosque
Four worshippers were killed in a suicide bombing at a mosque in northern Cameroon on Monday, a security source said, five days after a similar attack left 12 people dead. Monday’s blast hit the village of Nguetchewe in Cameroon’s Far North region, in an area near the border with Nigeria regularly targeted by Boko Haram jihadists. “The toll of this attack is four dead and two injured,” the source, who was at the scene of the attack, told AFP.
