Terrorism: Court adjourns Okah`s case till Jan. 19

A Federal High Court, Abuja on Monday adjourned the trial of Charles Okah, the suspected mastermind of Abuja 2010 Independent day bombings, till Jan. 19.
Okah, a brother to Henry Okah, the leader of the Movement for the Emancipation Niger Delta, (MEND) is standing trial alongside one Nwabueze Obi, on charges bordering on conspiracy and terrorism.
Justice Gabriel Kolawole adjourned the case for further examination and re-examination of witnesses. The judge directed that the accused persons be further remanded in Kuje prison till the adjourned date.
