OKPELEAMA community of Gbaramatu in Warri South- West Local Government Area of Delta State, yesterday, sent a save our souls, SOS,to the state governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa and the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, over an oil spill which they said had spread to its coasts.
