The Federal Government has commenced the recovery of N 450 billion unremitted operating surpluses by 33 of its agencies.

The Minister of Finance, Mrs. Kemi Adenosun, who disclosed this, in Abuja, Thursday, said that the figure was generated from an audit covering 2010 to 2015.

Acccording to her, a Demand Notice has been issued to the affectedr agencies for Payment Plan.

The agencies included Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC), Nigeria Ports Authority,CAC) Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
