Senator representing Bayelsa East senatorial district, Ben Murray Bruce has urged the Buhari-led federal government to grant the Nigerian aviation sector access to concessionary foreign exchange to avoid frequent crashes.

Senator Bruce who said that the Nigerian aviation sector is in serious crisis also said the sector needs urgent solutions.

Bruce who equally described the situation as an accident waiting to happen however advised the Federal government to intervene in the sector by granting the Nigerian airlines more access to foreign exchange at concessionary rates to buy spare parts and service their planes so as to avoid frequent crashes.
