Esanma Solidarity Front, ESF, an association of Esanma people from the home town of Justice Niki Tobi in Lagos, bade farewell to the legal colossus ahead of the burial taking place this weekend in Esanma.
In a tribute by Mr. Patrick Agbeotu and Chief Andrew Elijah, Chairman and Public Relations Officer respectively, the group described Tobi as an authority of law, a human resource of inestimable value, among other heart warming qualities.
“Esanma community gave one of its best brains to the service of Nigeria and our brother never disappointed us. Niki put his academic prowess to reposition Nigeria and command the respect of the international community whenever his services were needed. But it is unfortunate that the authorities abandoned the good ideas from this sound mind. The entire Esanma people are pleased with our brother for we understand the value of the integrity of the community.” The tribute read.
It also urged the Federal Government, as well as Delta and Bayelsa states, to immortalise Justice Niki Tobi to encourage young ones to put in their best to the service of Nigeria.
