WARRI—ALL Progressives Congress, APC, Chairmen in Ijaw dominated Local Government Areas of Bomadi, Burutu, Patani, Warri South-West and Warri North Local Government Areas of Delta State, and Udu in Udu Local Government Area of the state, have unanimously endorsed Pastor Power Aghinighan as their new leader.

They added that the former NDDC boss has been mandated to speak on behalf of Delta Ijaw APC members at the state and national levels.

It was gathered that prominent APC members, who gave their nod for Pastor Aghinighan to lead Ijaws of Delta South in APC include APC Chairman, Bomadi council,  Paul Azorbo, APC Chairman, Patani council, Joe Ekiyor, APC Chairman, Warri North, Mr. French Ukuto, APC Chairman, Burutu council, Owei Prince,  APC chieftain, Chief Augustine Seibi from Burutu, Ferdinand Asiuwhu and Perede Owotorufa, Assistant Secretary of APC, Burutu council.
