Alleged diversion of N852m: Ekiti SUBEB laments inability to access N5bn funding

Ado-Ekiti—The Executive Chairman, Ekiti SUBEB, Senator Bode Ola, during an interview with a weekly Yoruba Television programme, Ela loro in Ado-Ekiti last weekend said: ‘’Due to the diversion of N852 million counterpart funding in 2012 by the Kayode Fayemi administration, Ekiti SUBEB, has been unable to access nearly N5 billion from the Universal Basic Education Commission, UBEC, in the last four years.
