By Jimitota Onoyume

PORT HARCOURT—TEN  years after about 60 students of Loyola Jesuit College perished in a Sosoliso air crash in Port Harcourt, Rivers State,  the management of the school has appealed for support to run the Jesuit Memorial College, established at Aluu, Rivers State as a memorial for the deceased students.

President, Jesuit Memorial College, JMC,  Father Emeka Asogwa made the appeal, yesterday, at the school premises in Aluu, Ikwerre Local Government Area of the state, saying that more still needed to be done.

He said corporate organisations and individuals should come to the aid of the school.

“We appeal to the government, corporate and good people of Nigeria that JMC should not be allowed to suffer from lack of adequate facilities that will hamper the attainment of the vision that the Jesuits have set for the school.”
