Trial of an oil marketer, Walter Wagbatsoma and two others over an alleged N1.9bn fuel subsidy case took a new dimension before an Ikeja High Court as the defendants asked it to quash the charges proffered against them on the ground that the prosecution counsel, Mr Rotimi Jacobs, SAN, had no Fiat of the Attorney General of the Federation, AGF, to prosecute the case.
