Petroleum sector overregulated by FG —LCCI
The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, LCCI, said, yesterday, the petroleum industry was flawed with over-regulation and lacked clarity in its operations and hampering the growth, investment and job creation in the sector.

Foreign airlines to sack 2,000 Nigerian workers
The National Union of Air Transport Employees ,NUATE, has revealed that foreign airlines plan to sack about two thousand (2,000) Nigerian workers due to what they claimed is their inability to transfer their earnings to their respective home countries to meet operational costs in accordance with international rules because of new Central Bank of Nigeria , CBN, policy on forex and fund transfer.

President Muhammadu Buhari disclosed this at a two-day National Economic Council retreat in Abuja last week.
