The Joint Task Force, JTF, in Bomadi Local Government Area, Delta State, has detained the Delta State Chairman, Phase 2 ex-militants under the amnesty programme, Mr. Kingsley Muturu, over a planned peaceful protest in Bomadi, the council headquarters, to press home the demand of the people for the restoration of power supply to the council.
