INEC cléars air on card readers, accreditation
The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, yesterday explained that registered voters whose ‘’fingerprints cannot be authenticated’’ for accreditation by card readers would still be allowed to vote if there was enough evidence that he/she was a legitimate voter.
