Court adjourns Amaechi’s suit challenging probe of his administration
A Rivers State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, has adjourned till August 20, for ruling in the suit by former Governor Rotimi Amaechi, challenging the powers of Governor Nyesom Wike to set up a Judicial Commission of Inquiry to investigate his administration.
Trial judge in the matter is Justice Simeon Amadi.
