FIVE staff of the Erhengbo Okomo Security Services Nig. Ltd, Benin, Edo State, who were allegedly arrested at their place of work at Oliha Market, Benin, by men of the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad, have appealed to the Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Solomon Arase, to intervene in their matter to ensure that justice was done.

Lagos: LCCI pleads for reduction in cost of doing business

Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, LCCI, has urged the state Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, to look critically at the various components of the cost of doing business in Lagos state, with a view to bringing down this cost. Alleged 15bn fraud: Court declines to stop EFCC from arresting Nyako

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, yesterday, declined to restrain the Economic & Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, from arresting the former Governor of Adamawa State , Admiral Murtala Nyako over his alleged complicity in money laundering.
Nyako was alleged to have siphoned over N15billion from the Adamawa State treasury while he held sway as its governor.
