Rivers State Chapter of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has said expressed concern over what it said was the alleged admission by Mr. Davies Ikanya, All Progressives Congress, APC, Chairman in the state, of plotting to stall the democratic process in the state by working towards ensuring that there was no handover to the incoming government in the state on May 29.

The British Council has recently awarded four Nigerian lecturers a combined sum of £24,380 or N7, 240,860 naira research grants through the Researchers’ Link programme to undertake various researches that meet the developmental goals of Nigeria.
