The chairman of Ndigbo PDP campaign council in Lagos, Emilia Ezeude empowered widows in Lagos with gifts items to assist them in their skill acquisition programme being organised by windows in Lagos state. The scheme which comprises ethnic groups in the country trains them on fashion designing, hart making, cake baking among others. The programme is specifically designed to help them take take up their family responsibilities, enhance their economic powers.
