Urhobo youths, under the aegis of Urhobo Youth Leaders Association, have commended Deltans on the landslide victory of Senator Ifeanyi Okowa at Monday’s Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, governorship primary election in the state.

The youths, in a statement by Francis Rhino, National President, said that Okowa’s choice as the governorship flag bearer of the party cuts across the three senatorial districts of the state, adding that victory will surely come in the 2015 general elections.

The Urhobo youths, who described the primaries as one of the most peaceful conducted by the party, said they were optimistic that Okowa would floor other political parties in 2015 governorship poll.
