The Rivers State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has predicted that immediate past Minister of State for Education, Chief Nyesom Wike, is unlikely to get up to 10 percent of the votes to be cast during the 2015 governorship election in the State not minding the pledges and support by Dame Patience Jonathan the Nation’s First Lady and others.
