ABUJA—NATIONAL Security Adviser, NSA, Col Sambo Dasuki (rtd.), yesterday, told hotel operators that the Federal Government was taking security matters to all levels to combat terrorism in Nigeria.

Towards this end, high tech security devices would be installed in strategic locations in all 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory, FCT.

Speaking through one of his directors, Maj. Gen Serikiyaki Bello (rtd.), at a two-day seminar entitled Workshop on Security Consciousness and Awareness, organised by the office of the NSA and Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, the NSA said security was now a major challenge to all as the spread of bomb attacks that started in the north had spread to other parts.

He said to checkmate the security challenges, a national information co-ordination unit, equipped with state-of-the-art gadgets, was set up.
