Court orders Osun commissioner to pay N5.5m to landlord
Justice Oludotun Adefope-Okojie of an Ikeja High Court has ordered the Osun State Commissioner for Youths, Sports and Special Needs, Mr. Stephen Kola-Balogun to pay the sum of N5.5 million to his landlord in Lagos, being unpaid arrears of a rented apartment between August 1, 2009 and April 2012.
