Jonathan Walters scored from the penalty spot to put more pressure on Arsene Wenger and his boys as they are now four points behind Chelsea, who won at Fulham this afternoon. The game ended 1-0 in favour of Stoke City.
After a poor first 45 minutes, Chelsea came out in the second half looking like a completely different side and dominated from then onwards. A nervy-looking Fulham defence had no idea how to deal with Hazard, who twisted and turned his way through the Cottagers’ defence on numerous occasions, and Schurrle was on hand to wrap up the win that keeps Chelsea right where they want to be: at the top of the Premier League table.
