Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos State yesterday signed the 2013 appropriation bill of N499.105 billion into law, just as he charged Ministries, Departments and Agencies, MDAs, to strengthen their Internal Generated Revenue, IGR strategies.

LAGOS—WITH unanimity, eminent Nigerians yesterday decried the poor achievements of the government in 2012 and urged President Goodluck Jonathan to improve the lot of the citizenry with good governance in 2013.
