BENIN CITY — Africa Network for Environment and Economic Justice, ANEEJ, has said that the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr Mohammed Adoke, SAN, lied when he said, recently, that his ministry was not interfering in the murder case of Mr Olaitan Oyerinde, former Principal Secretary to Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo State.

A Federal High Court, sitting in Lagos, Thursday, heard the preliminary objection by Chief Great Ogboru and his company, Fiogret Limited, to the suit by Assets Management Company of Nigeria, AMCON, following which the court appointed a receiver manager over his (Ogboru’s) property across the country.
