Chinenye Agupugo, widow of late Mr. Ignatius Agupugo, 29, who was allegedly murdered by the police at a check point at Nwagu Agulu, Anambra State on August 13, 2011, and the victim’s mother, Mrs. Florence Agupugo, have sued the Inspector General of Police, IGP, and the Attorney General of the Federation, AGF, claiming N1 billion as damages.
