Experts make case for teachers’ training, quality education
The Vice Chancellor,Federal University Ndufu-Alike, Ebonyi State, Professor Oyewusi Ibidapo-Obe, former Minister of Education, Dr Oby Ezekwesili, Tiina Raatikainen who is a Lead Expert with EduCluster Finland and a host of experts in the education sector over the weekend spoke with one voice, calling for training and retraining of teachers to enhance productivity. Ibidapo-Obe has said that to get the best from education sector, “we must train new teachers continuously as well as retrain older teachers.”
