Niger Tornadoes head coach, Justin Tenge has disclosed that the club will not be signing any player in the transfer window following the non release of funds by the club.

Speaking to Inside Out Premier League from the club’s Minna base, the former Kwara United gaffer said big spending determines the quality of players with which a coach can show his worth.

“As I speak to you, the club has no capacity to buy the players we (technical crew) want for the club during this transfer window. We have to make do with what we have to get the best we can from the season.

“Performance is dependent on the players you have and the players you have in your team is determined by the money you put in the team. It is only big spenders that win laurels. This is an established truth.
