Ogun to introduce automated library services

State Director of Library Services, Mr Lateef  Benson who stated this in an interview noted that the measure apart from improving the reading culture of people would also reduce juvenile delinquencies.

“Our focus is to station vehicles stocked with up- to- date reading books and other library materials in public places for people for people to have more access to books. Those in the prisons and the sick at the Hospitals are also going to be considered”.

While giving thumbs up for the present administration in the state for its efforts at improving the educational standard of the people, Mr Benson, according to Mr Kayode Oduyebo, press officer, Ministry of education science and technology enjoined the entire citizenry to cooperate with government in this direction.

However, the Director admonished youths to always engage in useful ventures instead of engaging in those attitudes that might jeopardize their future.
