All the six Nollywood practitioners who recently bagged National Honours will be celebrated at this month’s edition of O’jez Entertainment Forum awards series scheduled to hold this Sunday, at the celebrity hangout, O’jez, in Surulere, Lagos.

They included veteran actor Olu Jacobs, Osita Iheme aka Pawpaw, Genevieve Nnaji, Kanayo O. Kanayo, Amaka Igwe and

Stephanie Okereke among others. They will be celebrated by fellow practitioners in the last Sunday of the month event that has held for over a decade now.

Chief Joseph Odobeatu in a statement said the national awards recipients are being celebrated because they have “brought honour to the Nollywood industry. This is why the entire industry will gather at O’jez this Sunday to felicitate with their colleagues.”

As usual, the celebrants would be bathed with highlife music to be performed by the reconstituted O’jez band with support from the Ever Green Band.

Comedians MC Shakara, Elenu, Emeka Smith among others are billed to perform with Nollywood comedy star, Charles Inojie handling proceedings for the evening.
