Over time, speculations about Djinee parting ways with his manager, Siju, has been on_going. It has however been confirmed. Both have gone their separate ways.
It was confirmed when the Over killing crooner and manager, Sijuade told our source(NET), that they’ve broken ties after more than two years in partnership.
But when pressed further to state the reason behind their break up, Djinee wove it off, saying that they both just wanted to move on.
Djinee added that he’s moved on and is now working hard with a new team. He confirmed that his new album will soon be out.
According to our source, Sijuade also confirmed that story, saying the same thing that Djinee said, “we both have to move on.” Siju also stated that it’s been nice working with Djinee and that their relationship is a success story.
Although they’ve both broken ties when it comes to work, sources said they’re still close friends. Both Djinee and Sijuwade met during their undergraduate days at Ladoke Akintola University.
Edo state born Djinee (real name Osayamen Nosa Donald) was once a Veejay at Soundcity before he began singing professionally in 2005. He dropped his popular single ‘Ego’ and subsequently his debut self-titled album which featured the popular single ‘Overkillin’ in 2009.
