A-list actress Rita Dominic, who has been away in Nairobi, Kenya, working on an international movie, ‘Shattered’ is looking forward to reuniting with her colleagues and relations back home after a month-long sojourn in the rainbow country.

The movie is a production of a Nairobi-based Dream House Productions.

Rita is the only Nollywood star on the set, and she is playing the lead character in the movie. Our source said the shooting of the movie will be rounded off any moment from now. This will however count as Rita’s first filming experience in Kenya even though the Imo-born actress has travelled to Kenya several times.

Rita who’d complained about the ‘cold weather’ in a twist sent a one-liner text last week to say that she is enjoying her stay and indeed has no fears about the quality of the production when it will eventually be released.

Starring alongside Rita in this movie are a number of major Kenyan actors, including Mumbi Maina, Robert Burale, Allan Adika and Naomi Wambui. The film is being produced by Kenyan Carol Nguta, and director by Gilbert Lukalia.
