‘Nigeria’s constitution needs overhauling’
The president of the South-east, South-south Professional Association, Mr. Emeka Ugwu-Oju, says the current move to amend some parts of the country’s constitution by the President Goodluck Jonathan-led administration would not take the country far, pointing out that what is needed is a complete overhauling of the 1999 constitution.
