Members of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, have commended Governor Chibuike Amaechi of Rivers State for the numerous projects carried out in the state. The NBA members gave the commendation in Port Harcourt, yesterday, during a project inspection tour as part of the Bar’s week-long annual National Conference.

Governor Isa Yuguda of Bauchi State, who was also on the tour with Governor Amaechi and the NBA members, hailed Amaechi for his achievements and called on other governors to emulate him. Yuguda stated that Rivers State had set
standards for others to follow.

Showing the Bar members round the Model Primary School, Governor Amaechi said: “We demolished the dilapidated 1,300 primary schools across the state and are replacing them with 750 model structures and 24 new secondary schools.”
