VICE –CHANCELLOR of the Edo state government owned Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Prof. Sam Uniamikogbo recently in Benin told the State House of Assembly that in spite of the over N4.5bn revenue received by the University, the institution was still run at a deficit.
