Qatar Airways has presented the winner of its latest inflight duty free raffle draw with a cheque for US$30,000.Filipino national Mely Caunca, who lives in Fulham, south west London, was the lucky winner of the Mega Prize after entering a raffle onboard a Qatar Airways flight to Manila.
