LEADER of the Niger Delta Liberation Force, NDLF, “General” John Togo, who indicated through his lawyer, Mr Casely Omon-Irabor, his willingness to surrender and cease further hostilities, weekend, has clarified that the release of supposed MEND leader, Henry Okah, was not part of withdrawal conditions given by his group.
